The Choices safety training package allows employees to see the real results of a serious workplace injury. After suffering a workplace injury, James Wood shares his message for workers to take responsibility for the safety of themselves and their workmates and, during The Safety Show, he will be presenting the package to visitors.
The fully self-contained training package can be run in house and is suitable for inductions and safety training days. The package, combining a DVD presentation and interactive questionnaire, is claimed to change the way workers think about safety.
