Total Facilities 2016 free seminar program released
Maintaining safety compliance is critical to every building and this year’s Total Facilities event will feature under the HSE product category the latest services and solutions in fire protection systems, OHS, exit and emergency lighting, and more to protect a building’s valuable assets.
An industry exhibition for facilities and workplace professionals, to be held in Melbourne from 6–7 April, Total Facilities will also be offering a free education program running concurrently over the event’s two days.
The Seminar Theatre will present industry speakers discussing trends, disruptive technologies and practical solutions that will help provide the skills and ideas that today’s professionals need to prepare for facilities and workplaces of the future.
Marie-Claire Ross, Chief Corporate Catalyst at Corporate Culture Creator and author of the highly acclaimed book Transform Your Safety Communication, will be speaking on day one on ‘4 steps to creating a mentally healthy workplace’.
Other notable speakers include:
- Bligh Williams, Head of Workplace Strategy, WSPS, who will be sharing ideas on agile working—activity based working.
- Rodney Timm, Director of Property Beyond, who will cover the topic of managing facilities in the age of the Internet of Things (IoT).
- Jeremy Sampson, Engineering Manager at Crown Melbourne, who will share insights on optimising maintenance using big data.
