Safety in Action Melbourne
Thousands of safety professionals from manufacturing, engineering, transport, mining and government will gather in Melbourne for Safety in Action — and you’re invited.
The workplace safety event will present a comprehensive seminar program and 200 exhibitors at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre from 15–17 September 2015.
“Workplace health and safety is an issue of critical importance for all Australian workers,” said John Wilson, exhibition director from Informa Australia, the event organiser.
“Each year hundreds of Australians die as a result of work-related injuries and thousands are seriously injured.
“The event aims to break new ground on health and safety, and provide valuable information and support.”
Putting safety systems to action to drive change is the theme for 2015 and industry leaders will look to drive change by sharing the latest research, discussing regulatory compliance issues and showcasing technological innovations.
Speakers at the three-day conference and exhibition will include: David Clingin from Chemical Safety International, John Fell at Advanced Safety Systems Australia, Dr Paula Mitchell at Fatigue Management International and Marc McLaren of Generative HSE.
Attendance is free and open to any business and professional with an interest in safety.

The event will also be co-located with the Safety Institute of Australia’s National Safety Conference.
