Industrial deaths inquiry, submissions open
An inquiry into the framework for the prevention, investigation and prosecution of industrial deaths has begun.
On 26 March 2018, the Senate referred the inquiry to the Education and Employment References Committee, to be reported by 20 September 2018.
The closing date for submissions is 6 June 2018.
