Version 4.30 of the Pervidi inspection management software has been released, updating the features in the automated inspections and compliance management system.
The software enables users to configure their inspection system to their individual profile so that they are only exposed to the functionalities they require, making the process easier to manage. For example, companies may configure inspections and audits based on ISO, Australian and International standards, HAACP and their own internal company policies and procedures.
For PDAs, Version 4.30 provides enhanced mobile printing with images and signatures, enhanced navigation that enables users to quickly focus on the task at hand, wireless connectivity enhancements and voice tag capabilities.
For desktops, the software provides automated corrective action and notification mechanisms, enhanced automatic triggers and alerts mechanisms, and sophisticated reports including KPI, workflow and OHS and management reports.
For web portals (thin clients), the software provides dynamic online calendaring tools and reporting and the ability to complete tasks via the web.
